Job responsibilities
1. Manage letters and documents. 2. Organize and update contacts. 3. Arrange and coordinate appointments with senior management. 4. Arrange travel for the CEO/senior management. 5. Event planning and project management. 6. Coordinate and track projects designated by the CEO/senior management. 7. Organize files and spreadsheets. 8. Handle email exchanges with CEO/C-level management personnel as needed.
Job Requirements
1. At least 2 years of university degree. 2. At least 2 years of relevant experience working with senior management. 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. 4. Strong prioritization and delegation skills. 5. Prefer to work in a dynamic environment with good business etiquette. 6. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. 7. Solid project management skills. 8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and multiple projects simultaneously. 9. Willing to travel 30%-50%, including mainland China and overseas.
