1. Teaching English, giving demos and doing activities for students aged from 3 to adult; 2. Available on weekend; 3. 30 working hours per week, including 22 hours for teaching, 8 hours for demos, activities, meeting, training, lesson planning, etc 4. Working locations: Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Changsha, Kunming, Guiyang, Nanchang, Chongqing, Haikou, Qingdao, Xiamen, Xian, Nanning Compensation & Benefits 1. Basic salary: 11,000-15,000 RMB depending on work experience; 2. Bonus system a. Yearly bonus: 9,000 RMB on the completion of contract; b. Bonus for successful demos, customer retention and new teacher recommendation 3. Allowance system a. Housing allowance: 1,800 RMB per month; b. Requirements: 1. Speaks English at an idiomatic level as a mother tongue is a must 2. Bachelor's degree or above 3. At least 2 years teaching experience after graduation 4. TEFL/TESOL certificate preferred
