Conduct activities and lessons based on ESL teaching methodologies. Focusing on these four strands: 1. Reading 2. Listening 3. Speaking 4. Writing • Encouraging and engaging students to speak in English. • Motivating students and using humor to induce a pleasant learning environment. • Maximizing students’ talk time through oral tests and presentations. • Display good classroom management. • Keep accurate records on student performance. • Provide regular feedback to pupils and parents. • Communicate with the HOD or Principal, as needed. • Be able to manage or work together with other ESL teaching staff. • Offer an after school club based on your skills and interests. • Get involved with the House culture of the school.
