We are seeking a dynamic and experienced English Trainer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging English language lessons to adult learners of varying proficiency levels. As an integral part of our instructional team, the English Trainer will leverage innovative teaching methodologies, resources, and technologies to create an immersive and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive lesson plans and curriculum materials that align with the learning objectives and interests of adult learners. Deliver interactive and communicative English language lessons that focus on speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills development. Employ a variety of teaching strategies, activities, and materials to accommodate different learning styles and preferences. Assess student progress through regular evaluations, quizzes, and tests, and provide constructive feedback to facilitate continuous improvement. Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages active participation, collaboration, and mutual respect among students. Stay updated on developments in language teaching methodologies, educational technologies, and relevant resources to enhance instructional effectiveness. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, brainstorm ideas, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of our language training programs. Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and other relevant data to track student performance and ensure accountability. Communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and stakeholders to address questions, concerns, and administrative matters in a timely manner. Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, and dedication to promoting language learning and cultural exchange among adult learners. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent teaching certification. Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching English to adult learners, preferably in a multicultural setting. Proven ability to design and deliver engaging and effective language lessons using communicative language teaching (CLT) methodology. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
