1. Understand basic teaching methods of either science, English literature or public speaking course is preferred; 2. Teaching experience is preferred but not required; 3. Bachelor degree(including undergraduate) or above; 4. Clear thinking, pronunciation standards, good at mobilizing the class atmosphere.
