Job Responsibilities: Teaching: Deliver engaging and interactive English lessons to students of varying age groups and proficiency levels, ranging from elementary to high school. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the academic team to develop and refine curriculum materials that align with our educational standards and objectives. Assessment: Regularly assess and evaluate students' progress through quizzes, tests, and other assessment methods; provide constructive feedback to help students improve. Classroom Management: Create a positive classroom atmosphere that fosters learning and ensures the safety and well-being of all students. Cultural Exchange: Promote cross-cultural understanding and awareness through lessons and activities that introduce students to different cultures and perspectives. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in language teaching and education technology. Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues to support student learning and address any concerns. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, English, or a related field. Certification: TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification. Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of teaching experience, preferably in an ESL/EFL environment. Language Skills: Native or near-native proficiency in English. Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Adaptability: Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
