Responsibilities: teachers are responsible to conduct the English teaching work for both Casa dei Bambini(children’s house) and MMUN program. 1.Have strong sense of responsibility, loving children, good at communication with preschool children.   2.Curriculum delivery/ Curriculum design and development (according to different program materials and requirements) / Establishing positive learning environment; 3.Understand Montessori education philosophy, be able to work with other Chinese Montessori teachers in the class; 4.Conduct of assessments and Student Management; 5.Take on the role of class advisor; 6.Monitor and counsel students within the professional guidelines given Student Development; 7.Monitor and observe students performance at a various platforms; 8.Profile and guide students in their learning and achievements; 9.Conduct overseas MMUN learning trip for students; 10.Comfortable working with students of different English levels;

1.At least 2 years teaching experience with children from1-6years old, better with working visa as an English Teacher. 2.Great English speaking and writing skills 3.Ability to create lesson plans 4.Minimum Batchelor’s degree 5.Ability to pass a background check 6.Great interpersonal skills 7.Great grammar knowledge 8.Certified English teaching qualification
