Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement English teaching programs according to the school's teaching plan and curriculum requirements to ensure the quality and effectiveness of teaching. - Adopt diversified teaching means and methods to stimulate students' interest in learning and improve their English application skills. - Organize extracurricular English activities, such as English corner and speech contests, to create a strong English learning atmosphere. - Establish a good teacher-student relationship with students, pay attention to students' learning progress and difficulties, and provide necessary assistance and guidance. - Participate in the school's teaching research and curriculum reform to promote the continuous improvement of English teaching. - Abide by school rules and regulations, fulfill the professional ethics of teachers, and establish a good image of teachers.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree. - TEFL certificate (CELTA or equivalent preferred). - Native English speaker. - At least 1 year of experience teaching youth or adults. - Between the ages of 24 and 55 (due to Chinese work visa restrictions). - No criminal record. - Passionate about teaching English to youth or adults. - Hold a passport issued by the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand. - Creative, caring, energetic and responsible.
