1. Oversee day-to-day operations of the English Content Editing Department and meet assigned performance indicators; 2. Determine orientation of website theme, establish core values, and formulate development strategies; 3. Understand demands in overseas reader markets, industry dynamics, and popular topics, direct contributions, and fulfill market dynamics; 4. Organize and manage English editorial teams and coordinate evaluation and training for in-house employees; 5. Summarize editing experience while guiding and cultivating talent; 6. Coordinate and strengthen internal and external information flow and communication.

Native or proficient English speaker with at least 5-7 years of experience in online or offline publishing, and at least 3 years of editing experience; - Works well with others - Organized - Excellent communication skills - Coordinated - Innovative - Expressive - Work under pressure - Familiar with popular online literature in the U.K. and the U.S., with an in-depth understanding of its developments. Capable of predicting market direction is a plus. - Access to author pools is a plus; - Passion for online literature and good work ethic.
