Job responsibilities
1. Communicated with customers by phone, email and chat tools, and answered customers' questions; 2. Dealt with the return and replacement of Amazon (smart home products, such as sweeper, air purifier and other small household appliances), and order logistics inquiry; 3. Customer maintenance of the official website; 4. Organize technical requirements, work order, parts replacement and repair report during product use.
Job Requirements
1. College degree or above, experience in customer service is preferred; 2. Excellent English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, master certain communication skills; 3. Proficient in using computer, typing speed of more than 40 words/min, master the operation skills of Office software;
