The position - Design products related to sport, educational and recreational activities to be delivered to our kindergartens and primary school customers (main target, kids 3 to 6 yo, but also up to 12). - Sport, languages and recreational classes and activities to be delivered on a yearly, semestral, monthly or one-time packages. - Products to be designed with the support of our operation team, in a fast growing and dynamic company, where you will be given freedom of action, but responsible to make "easy to sell", handy and attractive products. - Able to train and feedback the education staff on delivering the products. - Able to meet deadlines, with rewards and bonuses on performances and KPI (every 6 months). - Comfortable in a multicultural environment, resourceful, professional, with managing and leadership skills.
