Working Location: Ersha Island, Yuexiu District, Guangzhou Expected Onboard Date: this is a Back Up role for August 2024 The role and responsibilities for this position include the following: 1. Developing lesson plans, delivering them, and assessing the progress of each class within the respective age group. 2. Supporting and promoting the school to parents through active participation in school activities. 3. Collaborating effectively with various team members, including the class team, year group team, and the Early Years team. 4. Attending regular year group and team meetings, actively participating in review meetings and lesson observations to contribute to the improvement of teaching and learning. 5. Ensuring the health, safety, and safeguarding of students. 6. Undertaking any other tasks delegated by leaders.

Experience & Qualifications: 1. Must be a native English speaker from USA/UK/Australia/Ireland/New Zealand/South Africa. 2. Preferably holds a degree in Teaching or possesses a Degree and Teaching qualification/certificate. 3. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience in a kindergarten or early years setting. 4. Valid work visa holder (if applicable), with a preference for candidates residing in Guangzhou. 5. Familiarity with IB, IEYC, EYFS, or similar curriculums is advantageous. 6. Excellent inter-personal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents. 7. Strong administrative, organizational, and ICT skills. 8. Fluent in spoken and written English, with effective communication abilities. 9. Demonstrated commitment to progressive, play-based learning experiences for young children. Additional Information: 1.
