Responsible for team management, developing work standards for each department, effectively improving work performance and capabilities, coordinating the allocation of resources between the store and the company, and being responsible for overall business performance; 3. Responsible for participating in the planning of store promotional activities, executing and cooperating with official marketing activities; 4. Collect market and industry information, conduct product analysis, and provide a basis for the company's customized online sales products. At the same time, monitor and analyze relevant data (marketing data, transaction data, customer relationships, inventory data), regularly track and evaluate the promotion effect, timely propose marketing improvement measures, and provide practical and feasible improvement plans; 5. Research on relevant platform marketing tools, optimize store and product rankings, propose application solutions, increase in store traffic, increase click through rates, browsing rates, and conversion rates.

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 3 years of experience in store management on the LAZADA SHOPEE platform, and at least 6 years of experience in e-commerce operations; 2. Familiar with LAZADA SHOPEE operation and promotion mode; 3. Possess certain English reading and writing skills, and be able to communicate in English for work; 4. Have experience in managing operational teams and be able to independently organize online team operations. 5. Possess good operational management thinking, logical analysis ability, and cost management awareness, and be able to accept overseas work.
