Assist in developing project plans based on the situation of drilling/cementing product lines and company needs. Responsible for the execution and arrangement of technical product development and upgrades related to drilling/cementing product lines. Responsible for reviewing technical data such as product line design plans, drawings, and experimental plans, as well as formulating design plans for key projects. Responsible for R & D project management, personnel allocation, and project operation within the product line, responsible for and participating in the implementation of key projects. Responsible for reviewing the development and design of API product certification. Responsible for planning and arranging the writing of patents related to the product line. Provide technical support to relevant entities and markets.

1、Education: Bachelor's degree or above. 2、Professional requirements: Mechanical design major direction. 3、Work experience: Engaged in the design and development of cementing tools or branch well tools in the petroleum industry for more than 5 years, mainly focusing on tailpipe suspension or branch well tools. 4、Skill requirements: Familiar with product technology in the industry, able to proficiently explain related technologies and products; possessing research and development capabilities in the industry, proficient in using drawing software such as SolidWorks, CAD, or CAXA. 5、Personality traits and others: Has strong work ability and ambition, outstanding past work experience and abilities, able to proficiently master relevant professional knowledge and skills.
