Deliver modules, undertake assessments and review student progress as well as to weekly teaching hours. Courses are delivered face to face now, learning and assessment materials and support provided by the college. Applicants need to satisfy the following selection criteria: If there is no degree or TESOL qualification, then the candidate will not meet the business need. If it is borderline, then we are willing to consider. As follows: Essential qualifications Bachelor's degree (any major), and Post graduate TESOL qualification (post graduate Certificate/Diploma/Master's) or Bachelor's degree with at least one year of TESOL within that degree. AND around 100 hours of Adult TESOL experience (for both 1. & 2.) TAE C4 TAE is NOT REQUIRED if the applicant has a higher degree (ie post graduate) in adult TESOL, as in option 1. above. TAE IS REQUIRED where the TESOL forms part of the undergraduate program as in option 2 above. The responsibilities include: Teacher: 35 hours per week including up to 20 hours f-t-f teaching which is equivalent to up to 25 periods DOS: 35 hours per week including up to 16 hours f-t-f teaching which is equivalent to up to 20 periods
