Be responsible for the daily management of the settlement team; reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers respectively as required to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of bills and invoices; follow up on the collection of overdue and abnormal payments, and track and report on payment recovery progress. Conduct system data reconciliation to ensure data accuracy and timeliness. Continuously optimize the settlement management system to improve team work efficiency. Liaise with business departments, collect and evaluate settlement-related requirements, and determine corresponding solutions.

Over 8 years of working experience in settlement-related roles; majors in Accounting, Finance, Mathematics or related fields; experience in cross-border logistics settlement is preferred. At least 3 years of team management experience. Sound professional ethics, strong sense of responsibility, service awareness and team spirit. Strong logical thinking, communication skills, learning ability and stress tolerance.
