Job responsibilities
Overseeing the overall Ecommerce and digital marketing strategy, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising digital marketing campaigns to ensure digital growth.
• Build a strong digital marketing team.
• Grow international web visits by creating best in class SEO.
• Knowledge of the current marketing tools. Initiate digital campaigns and run with them from conception up to the execution.
• Owning and developing the overall ECommerce and digital marketing strategy with our team and our international partners.
• Help complete our migration from Shopify to Shopify 2.0 and own/optimise the online customer experience , including site navigation, content development, sales checkout funnel and CRM to deliver an excellent customer shopping experience.
• The collaboration ensures prompt campaign launches. It also allows the entire team to work with the allocated digital marketing budget.
Job Requirements
•Develop and scrutinise all the campaign budgets.
•Build and manage the digital marketing team. This role is inclusive of display advertising, email marketing, the company website and marketing databases
•Plan and control the company's social media channels and company website.
•Grow the website traffic and enable digital growth and increase conversion rates.
•Work with marketing team, creative director, graphic designer , social media manager , copy writer , and agencies analysing and monitoring PPC and all digital marketing campaigns.
•Monitor the primary marketing metrics to establish the effectiveness of online advertising.
•Report on the performance of digital marketing activities and compare the results against key performance indicators and ROI.
•Review the brand message regularly to ascertain its consistency.
•Develop a workable digital marketing strategy.
•Collaborates with other supporting teams to create impressive client-centred landing pages.
•Recruitment, selection, and training of new digital marketing team.
•Analysis of end-to-end consumer experience in different digital channels.
•Identify the latest digital technologies and current digital trends affecting the industry.
•Prepare and execute conversion tests.
