1.Take lead in the structure detailed design work for onshore and offshore EPC projects. 2.Set up structural engineer team for structure detail design. 3.Involve in marketing for the bidding of detail design engineering project and EPC project.

1.Provide input to structural design basis documents. 2.To interpret and apply specifications when designing items. 3.Lead the structural team for providing drawing and structural analysis report. 4.To provide leading efforts to analyze, design, and produce required structure form. 5.To ensure technical direction of engineers, drafters on specific work assignments. 6.To deliver a wide variety of project management deliverables including (but not limited to): project execution plans, risk registers, project schedules, variation orders and tracking registers, monthly project reports, weekly progress reports, progress meeting minutes etc. 7.To manage, review, prepare and participate in internal and external design reviews. 8.To follow and support the development of new technical principles, theories, concepts, techniques and processes. 9.To maintain effective working relationships and communications with external client and subcontractor as well as internal. 10.To strive for continuous improvement and teamwork in structure design. 11.Set up team for structure detail design with respect to project work scope, specification, schedule, etc. 12.Set up structure detailed design system for detailed design execution and marketing. 13.Providing mentoring and in-house training for engineers.
