Job Requirements 1. Interior design, art and other related professional undergraduate education, skilled use of AutoCAD, Photoshop and other related drawing software, have a high hand-painted ability. 2. At least 4 years working experience in main case or design management. 3. Have a strong team management, internal coordination capabilities, the design of the project task to effectively decompose and arrange. 4. Good aesthetic and innovative ability, and grasp accurate the different industry design.

Post Responsibilities 1. Responsible for the daily management and guidance of the design department, responsible for coordination and communication with customers, analysis of target customer needs, fully understand the intentions of customers, the correct grasp of design ideas. 2. Overall responsible for the design quality of the project, the design of creative, color, layout comprehensive control and review. 3. Responsible for designing, reviewing and revising the design plan, leading the design team to finish the design work effectively. 4. Coordinate the internal work of the design department and work out according to the design project schedule. 5. Train and instruct the design department personnel to develop the team.
