1. college degree ,major in Arts and Crafts 2. relevant working experiences of 8 years or more 3. 35—45years old 4. full-time 5. rich experience in commercial design and office-building, cottage ,luxurious hotel design, familiar with detailed and construction drawing. 6. Skilled in layout ,scheme,3D-MAX and hand drawing; 7. Administrative experience and good teamwork, capable of elevating design department.
