Responsible for providing professional design guidance during the design process, controlling the quality of the design work, and reviewing the scheme implementation ability of the design results of each major; 3. Responsible for the scheme design of important projects of the company, able to accurately explain the design concept to customers and ensure the accurate expression of the design intention; 4. Responsible for the realization of project functions, visual effects, project management effects, realizability of project implementation and sustainable development of the project; 5. Followed up the whole process from the design scheme to the construction, grasped the progress, effect and quality, and was responsible for tracking the completion and acceptance of the entire project; 6. Actively assisted and solved problems in the project process, provided effective and reasonable solutions and provided timely feedback; 7. Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in art design, industrial design, architectural design or interior decoration design; 2. More than 12 years' working experience in medium or large enterprises or the industry, and more than 6 years' working experience in the same position; 3. Proficient in Photoshop, illustrator and other design software, professional aesthetics, and good reputation in the industry; 4. Proficient in the structure of props, counters and display devices, with the priority of new process developers; 5. Rich experience in process structure, able to use rich experience in design and creative team management to ensure team work output and output quality; 6. Fluent in English listening, speaking and writing, can be used as a working language; 7. Foreign, factory experience is preferred.
