-Major in interior design and architecture. -Undergraduates or graduates at universities are preferred. -Fluency in spoken and written English, and German is preferred. No Chinese is OK. -Skilled use of programs like Auto CAD, Photoshop, and 3ds Max. -Ability for teamwork and communication skill are assumed. -Open and willing to work with Chinese co-workers. -Good adaptability in a new environment (in China).
