In line with the annual overall goals and actual production operations, plan the annual, quarterly, and monthly production plan requirements of the Factory Affairs Department. Meanwhile, assess and develop preventive measures for order irregularities and production anomalies. Organize the formulation of the company's capacity planning, analyze and adjust equipment and personnel allocation. Follow up on the handling outcomes of customer feedback issues and personally address serious problems reported by customers. Oversee production, urge and coordinate each production unit to promptly resolve abnormalities, ensuring smooth production processes. Collaborate in establishing and improving the company's quality management system and supervise its implementation. Take charge of coordinating and arbitrating major quality abnormal incidents. Be accountable for overall production efficiency, product quality, delivery timelines, production safety, and costs. Report the factory's production and operation status to the General Manager in a timely manner. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Minimum 10 years of senior management experience in large - scale shoe factories or Taiwan - invested enterprises. Preference will be given to candidates with management experience of over 20 production lines. Candidates proficient in Vietnamese policies, regulations, labor management (such as social security and trade unions) and with experience in factory expansion in Vietnam will be prioritized.
