Job Description: 1. Responsible for weekly and monthly data reports 2. Undertake data requirements of various operations, and be able to quickly provide core results of data anaylsis 2. Output and give data analysis results to colleagues, and assist them to complete recruitment, retention, activation and other work. 3. Support other work of operational department.

Job Requirements: 1. Bachelor degree or above, major in statistics, mathematics or related field. 2. Proficient in SQL, Excel and other tools, familiar with the basic principles of data mining(knowing the manipulation of Python is preferable) 3. with a high sensitivity of data, can extract core results from massive data, and can find changes and potential factors. 4. Good communication and collaboration skills, be able to adapt to the fast-pace of work. 5. person with experiences of data analysis is preferred, foreign students in China is preferred."
