Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Programming Analyze in-depth international market trends and customer needs, and plan cross-border projects that are in line with the company's development strategy. Formulate detailed project plans, including timetable, budget, staffing, etc., to ensure that the project objectives are clear and the path is clear. Project execution and monitoring Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure the smooth progress of the project. Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues during project execution in a timely manner. Regularly report project progress to superiors to ensure that the project proceeds according to plan. Risk Management Identify potential risks of the project and formulate risk response strategies to reduce project risks. Track the risk status and adjust the risk management measures in a timely manner to ensure that the project is safe and controllable. Team Communication and Collaboration Maintain close communication with project team members to ensure smooth flow of information and synergy of work. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely support of project resources. Client Relationship Management Maintain good communication with cross-border partners and establish stable cooperative relationships. Collect customer feedback, optimize project solutions and enhance customer satisfaction. Documentation Management Prepare and organize project related documents, including project plan, progress report, summary report, etc. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of project documents for project review and experience summarization.

Requirements Bachelor degree or above, international trade, project management and other related majors are preferred. At least 2 years of cross-border project work experience, familiar with cross-border project operation process. Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to conduct international communication skillfully. Strong project planning, execution and monitoring skills, familiar with project management tools and methods. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to adapt to fast-paced working environment.
