Job responsibilities
1. Develop sales strategies and plans, lead the team to achieve sales goals.
2. Responsible for expanding and selling the company's international market, including customer development, maintenance, and optimization.
3. Conduct market research and analysis based on the market demands of different countries and regions, and develop corresponding sales strategies and plans.
4. Coordinate and communicate with other departments within the company to ensure smooth sales operations.
5. Regularly analyze and evaluate sales performance, and adjust sales strategies and plans in a timely manner.
6. Organize and implement sales training programs to improve the team's sales skills and service level.
7. Actively understand and grasp market trends and competitor information, and provide timely feedback on market information and customer needs.
8. Participate in international business related conferences and activities of the company, and expand its visibility and influence.
Job Requirements
1. Mechanical, Marketing or related majors
2. Familiar with the local market environment
3. Experience in conveyor belt sales or working experience in Amara, Forbo Siegling, or Megadyne is preferred
4. Proficient in Chinese communication;
5. Serving Charoen Pokphand Group is Better
