This role requires a deep understanding of how to leverage data and strategy to drive organic growth. RESPONSBILITIES: 1. Conduct marketing research and develop content (including video) strategy. 2. Oversee our YouTube channel, Udemy channel, reporting and forecasting for campaigns, overall programs and tracking trends. 3. Act as a campaign strategist for end-to-end execution of data-driven campaigns, including defining the audience targeting, selecting campaign levers (display, social, YouTube, search, direct mail, etc), defining the strategy and analyzing results. 1. Minimum 1 year experience in digital marketing/content marketing, cross-culture marketing experience preferred; 2. Legal student visa in China; 3. Heavy user in YouTube, TikTok, Douyin(Chinese TikTok), Instagram, Quora, etc. 4. Passionate: for self-improvement and for empowering others. 5.
