Job responsibilities
Foreign Reception1. Greet visitors and guide them to the relevant employees or waiting area. 2. Deal with basic queries concerning office facility from employees and visitors 3. Provide assistance in managing office equipment maintenance. 4. Manage office entrance card delivery to employees and visitors. 5. Additional Responsibilities assigned by office admin lead.
Job Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:1. Pleasant personality and service oriented. 2. Mature, helpful, self-motivated with good problem-solving skills and willing to do more. 3. Basic Chinese, can use English or Chinese as working language. 4. There is no limit to education.
