1，At least Bachelor Degree, preferably in Marketing, but we don’t mind if you changed your profession from different field and transform yourself into SEO and PPC field; 2，3-4 years of proven SEO and PPC experience and a track record of success growing of both - organic search traffic and conversions and paid search with conversions; 3，Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, Java Script will be a strong advantage; SEO and PPC certification will be a strong advantage; 4，Familiarity with content management systems, strong analytical skills with keen eye for detail, ability and willingness to learn new things; 5, Great organizational and time-management skills, optimistic and solution-oriented with a can-do attitude, ability to work independently and within the team, and with ability to work to deadlines.
