We are building the first ever Tokenized P2P Crypto Exchange in LATAM and looking for a highly skilled and experienced Blockchain Developer to join our team and help develop our P2P Exchange platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in blockchain technology and a proven track record of building and deploying decentralized applications. This is a long-term contract position, with a minimum of 6 months, and offers a competitive salary package and equity in the form of LCT tokens. You will have the opportunity to work with an international team, in a flat organization structure, with flexible working hours and casual work attire. Requirements: -At least 3 years of experience in blockchain development, with a focus on P2P exchange platforms. -Strong knowledge of blockchain protocols and technologies, such as Ethereum, Bitcoin, and Hyper-ledger . -Experience with smart contract development and solidity -Strong understanding of cryptography and security best practices. -Strong background in software development, with experience in languages such as JavaScript, Python, and C++. -A degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field. -Experience in front-end and back-end development, along with UI/UX design. Duties: -Design and develop smart contracts for the . -Develop and maintain the P2P exchange platform's backend infrastructure. -Collaborate with the front-end development team to ensure a seamless user experience. -Work with the UI/UX team to design and implement a visually appealing and user-friendly interface. -Ensure the platform is secure and compliant with all relevant regulations. -Continuously update and improve the platform to keep up with the latest developments in blockchain technology.
