1. Overall design work: fully understand the project background and customer needs, analyze the key and difficult points of the project, formulate a detailed plan and outline of the proposal volume, collect relevant project data, reasonably allocate and timely supervise the design work of project team members; organize stage review, and work with the project team to complete the project bidding report volume or conceptual design proposal volume with high quality on time; 2. Project creative design: responsible for project design concept story logic and creative theme highlights. Collect the concept intention, material style and relevant specifications, guide the monitoring team to make the CAD plane planning conform to the architectural planning, and make the SU model establishment, Enscape rapid rendering, scheme book typesetting and other design work conform to the requirements of the owner or the tender document; 3. Project implementation monitoring: in the middle of the project, plan and review the design in a timely manner, provide detailed information, assist the review and deepening department to complete the construction drawings, patrol the site regularly during the construction stage of the project, and cooperate with the on-site construction team to check and review the design effect; 4. Execution: in the whole process of the project, effectively implement all kinds of work arranged by the superior leaders, actively coordinate with other professional work, positively face all kinds of problems raised by the owner and quickly give feedback.

1. Bachelor degree or above in architecture, civil engineering, environmental design and other related majors; 2.3 to 5 years or above related working experience, public clothing design enterprise is preferred; 3. Master skitchup, CAD, PS, PPT and other design software; 4. Experience in headquarters lobby and large-scale office space projects is preferred (projects above 5000 square meters); 5. Have original design concept, can independently complete the main design and report of office scheme, and can assist in the deepening and implementation of monitoring drawings; 6. Have certain on-site experience and be familiar with the brands and characteristics of common office materials; 7. Participated in the bidding process; 8. Foreign funded enterprises or good English expression skills are preferred; 9. Strong self-learning ability.
