Job responsibilities
Responsibilities Manage the trade spend budget and evaluate promotions effectiveness and in charge of analysis and reports to draw trade strategies accordingly. Responsible for product marketing functions such as inventory control, product costing and pricing, preparation of marketing reports and presentations Manage external agencies to develop creative works and social media presence Formulate, plan, and implement trade promotion programs to achieve business growth Conduct market research and competitor analysis. Generate customer insights and formulate channel sales strategy and brand penetration Increase product exposure, drive new product launch plan by coordinating with cross functional teams (e.g., Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, Brand) Collaborate with headquarters’ functional teams from China
Job Requirements
Requirement Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related disciplines More than 5 years’ relevant experience in FMCG industry Experience to work with China is definite advantage Strong analytical, presentation and communication skills Proactive, positive, and strong team spirit Proficiency in MS Office application Good literacy in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Willing to travel to China Experience to work with China is definite advantage
