Job responsibilities
This role is to assist CEO with the business in Russia/Ukraine/Republic of Belarus.
1. Assisted THE CEO in dealing with daily affairs;
2. Assisted THE CEO to manage various departments of the company and coordinated the work of various departments;
3. Cooperated with THE CEO to deal with external public relations, and participated in the planning and organization of the company's large-scale public relations activities;
4. Assisted the CEO to hold various meetings;
5. Arrange the business trip related matters of CEO (air ticket, hotel reservation, etc.);
6. Complete other tasks assigned by CEO.
Job Requirements
1. Be able to use Chinese and English as working languages.
2. Prefer Russian/Ukrainian/ Belarusian.
3. Base in Shanghai.
