Customer Relationship Maintenance Assist department managers in maintaining existing customer relationships, regularly communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide timely service support. Document management and data organization Responsible for organizing, archiving, and storing departmental documents to ensure their security and integrity. Assist in creating business reports, PPTs, and other documents to ensure accuracy and clarity of information. Internal coordination and communication within the department Assist the department manager in communicating and coordinating within the department to ensure smooth progress of all tasks. Convey instructions and requirements from department managers, supervise employee execution, and ensure the achievement of department work goals.

Job requirements Education background: College degree or above in electronic engineering, marketing, or related fields. Work experience: More than 1 year of work experience in the CCTV industry or related fields, familiar with CCTV products and technologies. Skill requirements: Having good communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate with clients and internal employees. Proficient in using Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Having certain market analysis and data processing abilities, able to independently complete market research and data analysis work.
