1. Bachelor's degree or above, with Spanish as a working language; 2. With over 3 years of experience in business development or sales, possessing excellent market development and business negotiation skills, individuals with a background in the Internet finance industry and resources in Latin America are preferred; 3. Possess excellent teamwork spirit, customer service awareness, and strong self-motivation, and be able to adapt to a high-intensity, fast-paced work environment; 4. Possess clear logic and strong communication and coordination skills, and be able to accept frequent or long-term overseas business trips.
