Job responsibilities
Key Responsibilities Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, competition and customer needs, and provide decision support for the company's business development. Regularly collect and analyze business data, evaluate business progress and effect, and put forward optimization suggestions. Business Opportunity Identification and Expansion Identify and track potential business opportunities, including new customers, new projects and new markets. Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners to facilitate business cooperation and project implementation. Business Planning and Implementation Formulate business development strategies and plans, define business objectives, paths and measures. Coordinate internal resources to promote the implementation of business plans and ensure the achievement of business objectives. Team Management and Collaboration Organize and manage the business development team, provide training and guidance, and enhance the overall capability of the team. Maintain close communication with internal departments, coordinate resources and jointly promote business development. Client Relationship Maintenance Establish and maintain good customer relationship, provide quality customer service and enhance customer stickiness. Regularly visit customers, collect customer feedback and optimize products and services. Risk Management and Compliance Identify and assess potential risks in the course of business development and formulate risk response measures. Ensure that business activities comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policy requirements.
Job Requirements
Requirements 1. American, Spanish, Russian, French, Brazilian preferred. 2. at least 1 year of residence in China, fluent in Chinese. 3. All genders, 25-35 years old Educational Background Bachelor degree or above in business management, marketing or related majors. Work Experience More than five years working experience in business development or related field with successful business development cases. Experience in team management and able to lead a team to accomplish business goals. Skills and Abilities Sharp market insight and analytical skills, able to accurately capture business opportunities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to build good relationship with customers and partners at different levels. Excellent teamwork and leadership skills, able to lead the team to complete work tasks efficiently. Good stress resistance and adaptability, able to stay calm and rational in the complex and changing market environment. Personal Qualities Positive and enterprising, willing to accept challenges, with a strong sense of responsibility and mission. Honesty and integrity, attention to detail, high professionalism and moral standards.
