JLJ combines the expertise of in-house specialists to provide services critical to our clients' China operations, including: Market Research & Consulting, Corporate Formation, Accounting, Recruitment, and Payroll & HR Outsourcing.
Job Requirements
We are now looking for qualified professionals to assist us with managing projects and business development activities. Duties and Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain channel relationships and alliances internationally and domestically for a fast-growing consulting company • Aggressively generate and manage leads from network to grow client base • Attend networking events, trade fairs and chamber events to develop new channels and clients • Assist in the strategic planning of growing the business model • Successful delivery of projects across service lines (Consulting, Corporate Formation, Accounting, and HR) • Establishes rapport with clients to become a trusted advisor of current and new clients • Act as an internal client advocate to ensure quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines and standards • Consult with clients on solutions for establishing and growing their presence in China Experience & Qualifications • 4 to 7 years working experience either for a consulting or business services firm in progressively higher positions • Minimum of 2 years experience business development/sales/account management role with a record of achieving targets • High level fluency in English (verbal and written) required and proficient in Chinese preferred • Personable with solid client management skills • Ability to work independently, highly reliable and with strong sense of ownership• Self-motivated and Fast Learner • Highly motivated by working for a growing / entrepreneurial company in growth stage • Well informed in at least one knowledge area of the company (legal, accounting, or market research/consulting) and the desire to lean other areas. • Passion for assisting clients with developing long-term sustainable business models in China.
