As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful implementation of their new core banking system, contributing to the bank's digital transformation journey.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements for the core banking system implementation.Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.Conduct impact analysis and assist in making informed decisions regarding system configurations.Provide expertise in core banking processes and functionalities to ensure alignment with business needs.Support testing activities and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) processes.Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation project.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.6-10+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in the banking industry, private banking experience preferred Extensive knowledge of core banking systems and their implementation processes.Strong analytical skills and ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
