Job Responsibilities Oversee the teaching management of the base's art courses, including curriculum scheduling, teacher coordination, and instructional implementation. Coordinate Chinese and foreign teacher teams, formulate teaching schedules, and supervise their execution. Plan and organize teaching and research meetings, course evaluations, teaching improvements, and content updates. Assist in recruitment promotion and parent consultations, providing professional course advice. Participate in teaching coordination and support for projects such as drama rehearsals and exhibition activities. Communicate course plans and faculty docking with the Broadway art team and international cooperative mentors. Manage course archives, student learning data, and the teaching feedback system.

✅ Qualifications Bachelor's degree or above in drama/performance art, art management, or related fields (those with Broadway art education professional training are preferred). At least 3 years of academic management experience in art education institutions or international schools. Familiarity with international art curriculum systems (e.g., IB, AP, American drama Conservatory model, etc.) is preferred. Proficiency in teaching processes, schedule arrangement, teaching evaluation, and teacher management. Experience in executing medium to large projects (such as graduation performances, art festivals, interdisciplinary workshops) is preferred. Strong Chinese-English communication skills, excellent organisational and coordination abilities, and a team spirit.
