Job Responsibilities: 1. Establish and maintain relationship with crane dealer with the goal of promoting indirect loan. Providing guidance, training and support to dealer on the organization’s loan product, and track dealer metric and performance. 2. Work with Initiate sale plan for the market and execute. 3. Develop key account and establish connection. Establishing and maintaining long term relationship with customers. 4. Collection of market data from the market. 5. Organize marketing event to promote the brand and the product. 6. Close cooperation with R&D team in innovation or development of products.

Pre-requirement: 1. Experience: Preferably from heavy equipment company. 2. Education: Bachelor's degree or above. 3. Knowledge : sales skills and knowledge of Crane product. 4. Ability: Open-minded personality, Strong communicator, team player. 5. High level technical and analytical skills, problem solving mindset. 6. Skill: Proficient in Presentation, wording, negotiation etc. Language: English
