1. Provide direction, inspiration and guidance to our teaching staff including staff development, performance management and deployment.<br/>2. High expectations for all and committed to rapidly driving up standards and increasing rates of progress. <br/>3. Have a strong vision and ethos that supports our values and culture, esp. understand Chinese culture which can embeds ‘East meets West’ culture. <br/>4. Value the engagement of parents and the community.<br/>5. Lead on inclusion across the academy. <br/>6. Create benchmarks for students and teachers and track progress towards goals.<br/>7. Respond immediately to concerns from parents and school board administrators

1. Academic qualification at post-graduate or equivalent level or relevant professional qualifications. Degree from a world-class university and master degree in education is preferred;<br/>2. Normally a minimum of 5 years teaching experience and a minimum of 3 years education management experience, IB Examiner or Coordinator experience is preferred;<br/>3. Native English speakers;<br/>4. An understanding of multicultural environment, Western and Chinese higher education system is preferred;<br/>5. An understanding of international postsecondary courses, IBDP/A-level experience is preferred;
