High School English Language Arts position; <br/><br/>Job Responsibilities:<br/>1. Teach ELA (English Language Arts) courses to students in Grades 9–12, including developing and implementing teaching plans.<br/>2. Participate in various trainings, teaching research sessions, lectures, and meetings organized by the school and department.<br/>3. Conduct research and exchange related to teaching; optimize teaching materials and handouts; develop relevant training resources.<br/>4. Strive to meet instructional goals based on student needs.<br/>5. Prepare lessons thoroughly and be proficient in a variety of teaching strategies.<br/>6. Document student learning progress and feedback; regularly submit reports to relevant school departments.<br/>7. Provide weekly academic support sessions to help students succeed in their studies.

Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in English or a related field; overseas study or work experience is preferred.<br/>Experience: Familiarity with ELA curriculum; strong subject knowledge and teaching skills; experience in lesson planning and instruction preferred.<br/>3.
