Job responsibilities
About the Role: Step into the spotlight as a Drama Teacher, where your passion for theater meets the transformative power of education. You’ll teach drama, acting, and stage design to students aged 8 to 18, including a dynamic mix of young learners (ages 8–12) and high school B2B students (years 10–12). Beyond the classroom, you’ll collaborate on costume creation and guide students in theater productions. From developing course content to assisting in our Annual Drama Festival, you’ll make a lasting impact while empowering students to express their creativity and individuality.<br/>Spring & Fall: Teach up to 18 hours per week, balancing weekday B2B courses with weekend classes at the center.<br/>Winter & Summer Camps: Focus on center-based teaching, with up to 30 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in drama or education<br/>2. Teaching and curriculum development experience<br/>3. The ability to live and work in China for one to two years<br/>4. A commitment to excellence, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work efficiently in a startup environment<br/>5. Teacher from America or Britain.
