Job Description:<br/><br/>1. Comprehensively responsible for the positive discipline department;<br/>2. Overall management of the head of grade team, regularly organize the head of grade to carry out training activities, improve the professional ability of the head of grade;<br/>3. Organize and lead student activities, such as after-school classes, study tours, school teams, etc.;<br/>4. Overall management of student dormitory management team, establishment and development of dormitory culture, discipline inspection, rewards and punishments for students, and selection of advanced dormitories;<br/>5. In charge of students' legal education and health education, and be responsible for the handling of emergencies;

Job Requirements:<br/><br/>1. Bachelor degree or above, overseas study background is preferred;<br/>2. More than 5 years of administrative management experience in international education field and more than 3 years years work experience in positive discipline department;<br/>3. Leadership and management ability, good at communication, parental relationship maintenance;
