As a Biology teacher, you build upon this strong foundation, teaching topics such as the scientific process, cells, microbiology, heredity, plant and animal physiology and function, classification, and ecology. You incorporate student-guided lab experiences to further enhance student understanding.<br/><br/>You will also:<br/>• Foster meaningful relationships with each student to ensure a personalized and successful learning trajectory<br/>• Guide students in pursuing academic achievement, personal responsibility, and intellect<br/>• Pursue continuous professional growth by participating in ongoing professional development, collaborating with colleagues, and staying informed on the latest educational techniques and best practices in your field<br/>• Contribute to a positive and collaborative school community

A Bachelor’s degree in the teaching subject or related field<br/>o Master’s or higher is preferred<br/>• A minimum of two years teaching experience as the lead teacher in a classroom<br/>• An eagerness and willingness to collaborate with and elevate teaching colleagues
