Job Objective（Brief Description of Main Job Responsibilities）： - Oversee the comprehensive financial management of the Indonesian factory within the group's financial system and management strategy, and be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with key external institutions (tax, audit, banks, government, etc.)

Responsibilities： 1. Oversees entire accounting function and provide necessary training and upgrade teams knowledge. 2. Ensure monthly/annual reporting complied with local accounting and tax regulation and submit on time to local authority. 3. Ensure monthly management accounts, ledgers, schedule and reporting to holdings is on times and accurate. 4. Promoting accurate financial reporting, SOP and effective internal control. 5. Work closely with holding finance management and support business partners to provide thorough financial and operational analysis 6. Maintain rapport relationship with internal/external stakeholders – auditors, banker and local tax authority. 7. Assist in preparation of local annual budget, rolling forecast profit and loss and other operating activities. 8. Prepare capital review and control as required by management. Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in accounting and finance. 2. Proficient in English, Indonesian and Chinese language skills is preferred. 3. Ability to work well in a team, multi-task, hands on, accountable, and strong communication skills across the organization. 4. Solid knowledge of Indonesia accounting and taxation. 5. Excellent familiarity with the MS office tools and custom/accounting application. 6. Proven experience in sizeable manufacturing industry with at least minimum 5 years above in managerial position and teams work experiences.
