- Establish and improve the financial management systems, processes and frameworks for overseas subsidiaries, promote their implementation and conduct supervision; - Organize financial management work of overseas subsidiaries, including accounting, fund management, financial reporting and tax declaration; - Be responsible for tax management, tax planning and tax compliance risk control; - Be responsible for budget formulation and management, expense control, marketing policies and price management; - Be responsible for reviewing and controlling various expense expenditures, as well as supervising and managing the safety of various assets; - Review the compliance of externally signed contracts to reduce financial risks; - Be willing to accept overseas assignment in the future.
