Chevalier (Aluminium Engineering) Limited is a leading contractor of curtain walls, metal cladding, glass walls, skylights, louvers, aluminium windows and granite cladding in Hong Kong. We offer design, manufacturing, installation, testing and maintenance services for customers.Responsibilities Oversee daily office administration and ensure smooth operations across PRC factory Coordinate cross-border administrative processes between PRC and Hong Kong offices Collaborate closely with the factories and production team and functional heads to manage and oversee manpower supply and allocation and guide professional coaching in handling business operation issues and personal matters Lead the team to deliver services which include but not limited to general administration support, compensation & benefits, recruitment, office renovation & maintenance in PRC factory etc Uphold data privacy, confidentiality, and compliance in all administrative activities Perform ad-hoc duties as assignedPlease apply with full resume and expected salaryWe are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates. Job Requirements
Requirements Degree or above in Business Administration or related disciplines At least 8 years of working experience in administrative management, prior experience in the PRC manufacturing industry is preferred Willing to work in manufacturing or factory environments Willing to frequently travel to PRC Well-versed in PRC Labour Law Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proactive, analytical and problem-solving mindset and drive changes
