Job responsibilities
1) Managing the China office and its staff.
2) Following all projects tightly from starts to finish:
a. New Product Development
b. Production QA & QC
c. Compliance
d. Logistics
e. Aftersales
3) Going to factories often to check upon production and samples, and to troubleshoot aftersales issues. Factories located all across China and Vietnam.
4) Being the key contact for communication and follow-up between China and Overseas offices.
5) Establishing and improving company procedures in all departments.
