1.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in art or design preferred;  2.Teaching experience in AP art courses is preferred; 3.Teaching experience in A-Level or IB art courses is good. 4.High level of initiative and ability to work well in a team;  5.Understand the difference of teaching systems and methods between Chinese and western and be willing to accept new teaching modes;  6.Demonstrated cross-cultural awareness and understanding.  7.Strong foundation in classroom management
